INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Briati Whole Burrata

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • ½ cup Italian-style bread crumbs

  • Olive oil spray

  • Roasted cherry tomatoes (for serving)

  • Pesto (for serving)

  • Toasted bread (for serving

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, beaten egg, and Italian bread crumbs together.

  2. Gently place the Briati Burrata in the bowl and coat it completely with the mixture.

  3. Transfer the coated burrata to a plate and freeze for 30 minutes.

  4. After freezing, lightly spray the burrata with olive oil.

  5. Air fry at 375°F for 5–10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  6. Serve immediately with roasted cherry tomatoes, pesto, and toasted bread.
