Cacio e Pepe
INGREDIENTS:
1 container Briati Cacio e Pepe Starter (Original or Truffle)
1 lb pasta (spaghetti or bucatini work best)
1 cup water (plus more if needed)
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large pot of boiling water, cook 1 lb of pasta until al dente, then drain.
While the pasta cooks, add the entire contents of the Briati Cacio e Pepe Starter to a large mixing bowl. Pour in 1 cup of water and stir until smooth and creamy.
Add the drained pasta to the bowl and toss until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce. If needed, add a little more water to reach your desired consistency.
Plate and enjoy!
