Cacio e Pepe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 container Briati Cacio e Pepe Starter (Original or Truffle)

  • 1 lb pasta (spaghetti or bucatini work best)

  • 1 cup water (plus more if needed)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook 1 lb of pasta until al dente, then drain.

  2. While the pasta cooks, add the entire contents of the Briati Cacio e Pepe Starter to a large mixing bowl. Pour in 1 cup of water and stir until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add the drained pasta to the bowl and toss until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce. If needed, add a little more water to reach your desired consistency.

  4. Plate and enjoy!
