Caprese Ghosts
INGREDIENTS:
Briati Sliced Mozzarella
Cherry or Roma tomatoes, sliced
Crostini
Pesto
Balsamic vinegar glaze (for eyes and mouth)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Use a small ghost-shaped cookie cutter to cut each slice of Briati Mozzarella into ghost shapes.
Spread a thin layer of pesto over each crostini. Place a slice of tomato on top of the pesto.
Gently layer a mozzarella ghost on each crostini.
Use a toothpick or small piping tip to dot on balsamic glaze eyes and a mouth.
Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
