Caprese Ghosts

INGREDIENTS:

  • Briati Sliced Mozzarella

  • Cherry or Roma tomatoes, sliced

  • Crostini

  • Pesto

  • Balsamic vinegar glaze (for eyes and mouth)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Use a small ghost-shaped cookie cutter to cut each slice of Briati Mozzarella into ghost shapes.

  2. Spread a thin layer of pesto over each crostini. Place a slice of tomato on top of the pesto.

  3. Gently layer a mozzarella ghost on each crostini.

  4. Use a toothpick or small piping tip to dot on balsamic glaze eyes and a mouth.

  5. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
