Creamy Spinach Asiago Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup grated Briati Asiago

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted water, then drain and set aside.

  2. In a pan, melt butter and cook garlic for 1 minute.

  3. Pour in milk and bring to a light simmer.

  4. Stir in briati Asiago and spinach until cheese melts and spinach softens.

  5. Add pasta to the pan and toss to coat.

  6. Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
