Creamy Spinach Asiago Pasta
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup grated Briati Asiago
8 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
1 cup milk
2 cups fresh spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook fettuccine in salted water, then drain and set aside.
In a pan, melt butter and cook garlic for 1 minute.
Pour in milk and bring to a light simmer.
Stir in briati Asiago and spinach until cheese melts and spinach softens.
Add pasta to the pan and toss to coat.
Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
