Easy Fettuccine Alfredo

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1½ cups Briati Shredded Parmesan

  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain.

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

  3. Gradually stir in Briati Shredded Parmesan until melted and smooth.

  4. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.

  5. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Briati Parmesan, if desired.
