Easy Lasagna

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups Briati Ricotta cheese

  • 2 cups shredded Briati Mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Briati Parmesan cheese

  • 12 lasagna noodles

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce

  • 1 egg

  • 2 cups water

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Add marinara sauce and water, then simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the Briati Ricotta, egg, 1½ cups Mozzarella, ¼ cup Parmesan, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

  4. In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer the meat sauce, noodles, and cheese mixture. Repeat layers and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.

  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.

  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
