Festive Caprese Wreath

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bunch fresh basil

  • 1 cup Briati Ciliegini

  • 1 cup Briati Marinated Mozzarella

  • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes

  • 1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • Sea salt flakes and freshly ground pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Gently wash and dry the basil, then remove the leaves from the stems.

  2. Arrange the basil leaves around the edge of the platter to form a wreath shape.

  3. Scatter the cherry tomatoes, Briati Ciliegini, and Briati Marinated Mozzarella over the basil.

  4. Season with sea salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

  5. Serve immediately, and enjoy!
