INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pat mozzarella slices dry with a paper towel, then use a small heart cutter to cut heart shapes.

  2. Cut tomatoes into even rounds. Pat dry to prevent sliding.

  3. On a serving platter, layer: tomato slice, basil leafs, then mozzarella heart.

  4. Finish with a generous drizzle of Briati Balsamic Glaze.

  5. Serve immediately, or chill for up to 30 minutes before serving.
