Herb & Parmesan Stuffing

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup grated Briati Parmesan

  • 1 loaf French or Italian bread, cut into cubes

  • ½ cup butter

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 ½ cups chicken or vegetable broth

  • Salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Toast bread on a baking sheet for 10 minutes until slightly crisp.

  3. Melt butter in a pan, add onion and celery, and cook until soft. Stir in garlic powder and seasoning.

  4. Mix toasted bread, cooked veggies, Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add broth and stir to coat.

  5. Spoon into a baking dish and bake 25–30 minutes until golden and warm.

  6. Serve hot with extra Briati Parmesan on top.
