Herb & Parmesan Stuffing
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup grated Briati Parmesan
1 loaf French or Italian bread, cut into cubes
½ cup butter
1 small onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 ½ cups chicken or vegetable broth
Salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Toast bread on a baking sheet for 10 minutes until slightly crisp.
Melt butter in a pan, add onion and celery, and cook until soft. Stir in garlic powder and seasoning.
Mix toasted bread, cooked veggies, Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add broth and stir to coat.
Spoon into a baking dish and bake 25–30 minutes until golden and warm.
Serve hot with extra Briati Parmesan on top.
