Italian Chopped Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Briati Fresh Mozzarella Pearls

  • ¼ cup Briati Grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 bag chopped romaine lettuce

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved

  • ¾ cup sliced salami

  • ¾ cup sliced banana peppers

  • ¾ cup Kalamata olives

  • 1 cup seasoned croutons

  • Olive oil and your favorite Italian dressing

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Wash and chop the romaine if not pre-chopped. Halve the grape tomatoes and slice the salami and banana peppers if needed.

  2. In a large serving bowl, layer the chopped romaine, Briati Mozzarella Pearls, tomatoes, olives, salami, banana peppers, and croutons.

  3. Sprinkle with Briati Grated Parmesan, drizzle with olive oil or Italian dressing, and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Toss gently to combine, or serve layered for a beautiful presentation.
