Leftover Stuffing Mozzarella Balls

INGREDIENTS:

  • Briati Mozzarella Pearls

  • 2 cups leftover stuffing

  • 1–2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • Cooking oil (for frying)

  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Flatten a spoonful of stuffing into a small disc. Add a few mozzarella pearls in the center, then shape into a ball, covering the cheese completely.

  2. Dip each ball into beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.

  3. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high. Fry balls in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.

  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with marinara sauce.
