Parmesan Espresso Martini

INGREDIENTS:

  • Briati Parmesan

  • 2 oz vodka

  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)

  • 1 oz freshly brewed espresso (cooled)

  • ½ oz simple syrup (optional, to taste)

  • Ice

  • Cocktail shaker & martini glass

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds, until well chilled and frothy.

  2. Strain into a martini glass.

  3. Top with finely grated Briati Parmesan.

  4. Sip slowly and enjoy the balance of bold coffee, smooth spirits, and a savory finish.
