Parmesan Espresso Martini
INGREDIENTS:
Briati Parmesan
2 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
1 oz freshly brewed espresso (cooled)
½ oz simple syrup (optional, to taste)
Ice
Cocktail shaker & martini glass
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds, until well chilled and frothy.
Strain into a martini glass.
Top with finely grated Briati Parmesan.
Sip slowly and enjoy the balance of bold coffee, smooth spirits, and a savory finish.
