Skull Caprese Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • Briati Ciliegini Mozzarella or Mozzarella Pearls

  • Briati Balsamic Vinegar Glaze

  • Briati Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup Basil

  • Silicone skull mold tray

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Press Briati Ciliegini Mozzarella or Mozzarella Pearls into each silicone skull mold, filling them completely.

  2. Bake at 350°F for 6–8 minutes, until the cheese is soft and holds the skull shape.

  3. Remove from the oven and gently blot any excess moisture with a paper towel.

  4. Place in the fridge for 6–8 minutes to set.

  5. Add grape tomatoes, mozzarella skulls, and basil to a bowl or platter.

  6. Drizzle with Briati Balsamic Vinegar Glaze and Briati Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Serve and enjoy!
