Skull Caprese Salad

INGREDIENTS:
Briati Ciliegini Mozzarella or Mozzarella Pearls
Briati Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
Briati Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup Basil
Silicone skull mold tray
INSTRUCTIONS:
Press Briati Ciliegini Mozzarella or Mozzarella Pearls into each silicone skull mold, filling them completely.
Bake at 350°F for 6–8 minutes, until the cheese is soft and holds the skull shape.
Remove from the oven and gently blot any excess moisture with a paper towel.
Place in the fridge for 6–8 minutes to set.
Add grape tomatoes, mozzarella skulls, and basil to a bowl or platter.
Drizzle with Briati Balsamic Vinegar Glaze and Briati Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Serve and enjoy!
