INGREDIENTS:

  • Briati Ciliegini mozzarella

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Briati Balsamic Vinegar Glaze (optional)

  • Skewers or toothpicks

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Slice cherry tomatoes at a sharp diagonal. Rotate one half and press the two angled sides together to form a heart.

  2. On each skewer or toothpick, add a Briati Ciliegini Mozzarella ball, a folded basil leaf, the heart-shaped tomato in the center, then another basil leaf and mozzarella ball.

  3. Finish with a light drizzle of Briati Balsamic Vinegar Glaze for extra flavor.

  4. Arrange on a platter for a festive Valentine’s appetizer that’s equal parts cute and delicious.
